Signor Valentino holds a fairly unique, elevated position overlooking Cardiff Bay. We were greeted with smiles and well looked after from start to finish. Our favorite champagne was on the menu and reasonably priced – not hugely marked up like some restaurants – the food was well cooked and tasty… It would be hard to fault Signor Valentino, I’m sure we’ll dine there again.
