Having never been to Penarth before was pleasantly surprised to discover the little strip of cafes and restaurants on the seafront! Mediterraneo at the boat house is nextdoor to the sailing club, has a good menu and friendly staff. We dined alfresco in April ! on a seafood extravaganza and Italian fizz.
